Texas Hospitality Workers Bill of Rights

The last several years have been challenging for our members and the hospitality industry in general. UNITE HERE Local 23 fought hard to make sure hotel and hospitality workers had healthcare during the global pandemic, were able to return to their jobs when business returned, and we’re still fighting to make sure that workers are able to thrive and raise their families in this continually difficult economy.

To share our vision for hospitality workers, UNITE HERE Local 23 created the Texas Hospitality Workers Bill of Rights.
